Summer Recipes

 

Just in time for Memorial Day.  Here are some light summer recipes for the upcoming warmer weather.  Enjoy!
Chocolate Grill Fondue

Ingredients:
Frozen Belgium Mini Crème Puffs
1 quart fresh strawberries
2 cups Ghirardelli chocolate chips
Wooden skewers

Rinse strawberries and cut tops off. Place in bowl. Take crème puffs from freezer and put out on a serving platter with skewers and strawberries. In a grill proof pan, put chocolate chips, stirring constantly until melted.

To serve have guests skewer a crème puff or strawberry, dip in chocolate, and enjoy.

Lemonade Mocktail

Serves 8

Ingredients:
2 qt.  Simply Lemonade
16 oz. ginger ale
1 cup frozen strawberries in syrup
3 cups ice

In a pitcher or drinks dispenser, mix all ingredients. Chill until ready to serve. Pour into ice filled glasses.
