New Years Eve Family Events NYC

Finally, a few options to celebrate the New Year with your kids! I have gathered up the details of some of the hottest places to be this New Years Eve.

           

Fireworks in Prospect Park
Bring in the New Year at Brooklyn’s biggest party!  Fireworks, entertainment, and more for kids of all ages…
Start the celebrations off around 11 p.m. with entertainment and hot refreshments at Grand Army Plaza.  What a beautiful way to bring in the New Year!  Best locations for viewing the fireworks include: anywhere in Grand Army Plaza, inside the Park on the West Drive, and along Prospect Park West between grand Army Plaza and 9th Street.

Moomah’s New Year’s Eve Celebration
Ring in the New Year with Moomah!

Black, White and Pink New Year’s Eve at the Plaza
Ring in the new year with Eloise!  This will likely be an unforgettable celebration that begins with dinner in The Palm Court, including a Chef’s candyland display for kids featuring enormous lollipops, gumdrops, a chocolate fountain, sundae bar etc.  Next, kids will have fun in the Eloise at the Plaza shop, with games, arts & crafts, and Eloise-themed activities for all ages, followed by a screening of Eloise cartoons and Home Alone 2.  End the night back at The Palm Court for yet even more dessert and another hot fudge sundae bar! For New Year’s Eve the wax museum will transform into an upscale, 85,000 square foot party spot. Why celebrate here on earth when you can celebrate Alien style, at Mars, a galaxy-themed 35,000-square-foot eatery.
